What You Gain From Working With Us
Advisory that is specific to your context, delivered with care, and designed to leave your organisation in a stronger position.
Six Reasons Organisations Choose Wildfern
Sector-Specific Experience
Our advisers have worked directly within Thai civil society organisations — not alongside them from a corporate distance. This gives us a working understanding of the pressures and decisions that come with mission-led work.
Tangible Written Outputs
Every engagement ends with a document your team can use — a mission summary, a programme outline, or a session note. Advisory that produces no written record rarely produces lasting change.
Your Pace, Not Ours
We do not push clients toward decisions. Our role is to support your thinking process — at whatever pace makes sense for your organisation's capacity and current situation.
Accessible Pricing in Thai Baht
Our fees are set with the nonprofit and social enterprise sector in mind. Engagements start at ฿3,500 for a single session and scale to ongoing advisory relationships — with clear, fixed pricing at each level.
Complete Confidentiality
Everything discussed in our sessions stays within our engagement. We do not reference clients publicly, share information between engagements, or discuss your work with any external party.
Scalable Engagement
You can start with a single Mission Clarity Session and decide later whether to continue into Programme Design or ongoing Advisory. There is no pressure to commit to more than you need right now.
Advisers Who Know the Sector
Understanding the Thai civil society landscape takes years of direct involvement. Wildfern's team has worked within nonprofits, co-designed community programmes, and navigated the operational realities that come with mission-driven work on the ground.
This means we bring relevant questions, not generic frameworks. We recognise the pressures you work under — from capacity constraints to donor relationships — and frame our advisory accordingly.
- Direct prior experience in Thai nonprofit management
- Familiarity with PDPA and sector-relevant compliance considerations
- Cultural understanding of how decisions are made in community organisations
- Working knowledge of programme design approaches used across the region
- Established since 2019 — over 60 engagements completed
- Clear engagement brief before sessions begin
- Structured facilitation that keeps conversation productive
- Written notes delivered within five working days
- Flexible scheduling to suit your team's availability
- Simple, direct communication throughout
A Process That Respects Your Time
Wildfern engagements follow a clear preparation-session-output structure. Before we meet, we take the time to understand your organisation's background. During sessions, we facilitate in a structured but conversational way. Afterwards, we produce a written document promptly.
We do not involve unnecessary meetings, extended timelines, or complex deliverable cycles. The process is designed to be proportionate to what your organisation actually needs.
Attentive, Considered Support
Because Wildfern is a small practice, each organisation we work with receives direct attention from an experienced adviser — not a junior team member working from a template. We have the bandwidth to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully.
Our client relationships are built on reliability. We respond within two working days to initial enquiries and within one working day during active engagements. If something needs to be adjusted, we address it directly.
- Direct engagement with senior advisers throughout
- Two-day response commitment for all enquiries
- Clear, plain-language communication at all times
- Flexible to accommodate your team's working patterns
- No unexplained charges or scope expansions
Wildfern vs Typical Advisory Options
Many mission-led organisations either have no advisory support or rely on large general consultancies that are not well-suited to their context.

Distinctive Features of Our Practice
The Mission Summary Document
Every Mission Clarity Session concludes with a brief, well-written mission summary prepared by Wildfern. This is not a template filled in during the session — it is a considered document drafted after the session, reflecting what was discussed and what emerged. Many clients use this directly in communications with donors, partners, and staff.
A Measurement Note, Not a Framework
When we support programme design, we include a simple measurement note — a practical indication of what to track and how, written for your team's actual capacity. We deliberately avoid complex M&E frameworks that are rarely implemented by small organisations. Our note is something you can use from week one.
Advisory Without Dependency
We do not structure our engagements to create reliance on continued advisory. Each session is designed to build your organisation's own capacity and internal clarity. The work we do should make further advisory less necessary over time — not more.
A Bangkok-Based Practice
Our office is in Pom Prap Sattru Phai, and we understand the city. We are available for in-person sessions within Bangkok and can accommodate organisations operating across the greater metropolitan area. Being based here means we understand the logistical realities our clients navigate daily.
